Information Collection and Use
Delfyle collects personal information provided by User in variety of ways including but not limited to when User is (a) registering on to the Site; (b) subscribing to services provided by Delfyle; (c) making inquiries about the services of Delfyle; or (d) contacting Delfyle by email or phone. In connection with these activities and in order to provide User the information about its services and respond to them regarding the reason the User contacted them, Delfyle may collect personal information from User; including, but not limited to, his/her name, mailing address, e-mail address, username, password, phone number, a picture of the User, company name, title, GST number and payment details wherein he/she will be directed to the secured payment gateway. Users may, however, visit the Site anonymously. Delfyle will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to Delfyle. Users can always refuse to provide personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities
Non - Personal Information:
Delfyle may collect certain non-personal information from the User including, but not limited to, his/her browser type, operating system, internet service provider, IP address and the domain name from which the User has accessed the Site. This Site may collect cookies to better User experience while visiting the Site. If any User disallows the cookie, the User must note that some parts of the Site may not function properly and the User experience at the Site and other websites may be diminished and some features may not work as intended.
Note: A cookie is a piece of data stored on a User hard drive to help improve access to Delfyle Site and identify repeat visitors. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on the Site.
Use of Information:
Delfyle may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:
- to facilitate User use of the Site and for better understanding of needs of the User; b) to process and fulfill orders for certain services by User; c) to respond to User queries or requests for information about the services;
- to process payments when Users place an order, in order to deliver the services requested for. Delfyle does not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to deliver the service.
- to contact visitors of the Site when necessary;
- to help User address his/her problems with the Site;
- for proper administering of the Site;
- to conduct internal reviews of the Site (e.g., to determine the number of users to specific pages within the Site);
Delfyle may provide the User an option to opt-in to Delfyle mailing list. If the User does so, they will receive emails that may include Delfyle news, updates, related service information, knowledge material etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, Delfyle will include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via Delfyle Site.
Non-personal information will be used for these purposes as well to monitor the Site and provide a greater online experience for the Users.
Confidentiality and Security
Delfyle has limited the access of personal information about the User only to employees on a “need to know” basis and who it believes reasonably needs to provide services to the User or in order to do their jobs. Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over a HTTPS secured communication channel and is encrypted with and secure identification of a web server.
Sharing of information with Third Party:
Delfyle shall use third party service providers on its behalf to help them operate their business and the Site or administer activities and/or deliver the Services the User has requested for. Delfyle shall share User information with these third parties for those limited purposes.
Delfyle does not sell, rent or share any of its Users personal information collected by it with any third party. However, Delfyle may need to disclose, transfer and share such personal information with identified third party service providers, employees, independent contractors, consultants, business associates, and suppliers of Delfyle, if the disclosure will enable that entity to provide Delfyle with business, professional, or technical support in order to enable them provide User the Service requested/ agreed for. Delfyle takes reasonable steps to protect the personal information of the User shared with Delfyle from unauthorized access or disclosure. Personal information may also be disclosed where expressly required under a law.
Third Party website:
Delfyle provides the User to opt out of any future contacts from Delfyle at any time. For opting out, the User may do the following at any time by contacting Delfyle via the email address provided below.
- See what data Delfyle has about the User, if any;
- Change/correct any data Delfyle has about the User;
- Has Delfyle deleted any data it has about the User;
- Express any concern it has about Delfyle use of User data;
